Drengr Solutions was retained as the Prime Contractor by the City of Fountain, in direct coordination with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), to execute critical civil infrastructure restoration and disaster recovery across flood-damaged public trail networks. The project required rapid mobilization, complex civil earthwork, and long-term erosion stabilization to restore safe public access and protect municipal lands from future hydrological events.

Leveraging our Special Forces engineering background, Drengr Solutions approached this disaster recovery mission with an emphasis on rapid tactical deployment, austere terrain management, and strict federal compliance metrics.
Operating in highly degraded, water-carved environments required an immediate stabilization of the local water table. Our team strategically placed three commercial-grade culverts to redirect natural stormwater channels safely beneath the public infrastructure. Simultaneously, we engineered and erected a robust retaining wall at a critical failure point on the trail, reinforcing the earthwork envelope against future high-velocity runoff and ensuring long-term structural survivability.
Because this project involved federal disaster recovery funds, our project management team maintained an ironclad audit trail. Every phase of earthwork, material submittal for the culverts, and structural alignment for the retaining wall was rigorously documented to align with both City of Fountain municipal codes and stringent FEMA quality control standards.
