Project Overview: Jackson Lake State Park (16 Roofs & Facility Restoration)
Statement of Work (SOW)
Drengr Solutions was retained to execute the multi-facility structural rehabilitation and comprehensive reroofing of 16 commercial buildings within Jackson Lake State Park. The scope of work required a highly diversified technical approach to address varying architectural designs, structural degradation, and interior/exterior finishes.
The comprehensive scope safely executed by our team included:
- Standing Seam Metal Roofing: Precision installation of architectural standing seam systems, engineered for long-term weather resiliency and structural longevity.
- PBR Metal Panels: Structural deployment of Purlin Bearing R (PBR) metal panels on designated utility and commercial support facilities to maximize load-bearing capacity and runoff management.
- Asphalt Shingle Systems: Installation of high-wind, impact-resistant architectural asphalt shingles on park-specific customer-facing structures.
- Thermal Insulation Repairs: Vetting and replacing degraded sub-roof insulation to restore building envelope efficiency and environmental controls.
- Drywall & Interior Structural Restoration: Remediation of water-damaged drywall, structural framing repairs, and interior finish matches.
- High-Durability Interior & Exterior Painting: Complete surface preparation, sealing, and protective coating applications for both interior spaces and exterior facades to withstand high-exposure park elements.
Tactical Methods & Execution
Leveraging our Special Forces engineering background, Drengr Solutions approached this multi-facility project with military precision, treating a complex state park footprint as a highly coordinated operational theater.
Multi-Phase Mobilization & Logistical Staging
To mitigate the logistical friction of managing 16 distinct job sites simultaneously, work was broken down into strict tactical phases. Materials, heavy lifts, and safety equipment were staged in a centralized, secure location and deployed incrementally to active zones. This eliminated site clutter and maintained the visual integrity of the state park.
Zero-Downtime, Public-Safe Operations
A critical parameter of this mission was that all 16 buildings remained fully open and operational to park staff and patrons during construction.
- Kinetic Safety Barriers: We established strict physical drop zones, overhead protection canopies, and debris-containment fields around active structures to guarantee absolute safety for park patrons.
- Continuous Trade Supervision: All subcontracted trades and specialized operations were monitored under continuous, active site supervision.
- Noise and Dust Mitigation: High-impact structural work was meticulously scheduled around peak park operation hours to minimize disruption to public conservation spaces.
Specialized Facility Compliance
Operating under state park parameters meant strict adherence to both environmental protections and specific facility compliance guidelines. Our Quality Control Manager enforced daily checks on material submittals and installation techniques, ensuring that the final architectural envelopes, paint specifications, and structural roof systems perfectly aligned with state agency expectations.
